Your Eco Fencing will be delivered direct via courier or pallet delivery depending on size of order.
Delivery Questions
We deliver to UK mainland from our offices in Castleford, West Yorkshire. This does not include Scottish highlands or Channel Islands. These can be quoted for delivery on request.
Delivery is usually within 5 – 7 days from order, this can vary depending on the items. Gates have a longer lead time of 7 – 10 working days. We will contact you after ordering to arrange a suitable time.
Please note small order have a lead time of 10-15 Working days.
Most of the items I the range are large and bulky, although lightweight. Smaller orders are sent via courier and packed as required in boxes or protective wrap. Large orders are sent via the pallet network and you will be contacted by the carrier to book your delivery in. Deliveries are kerbside only like any pallet delivery.
Please check your consignment before signing for the delivery and note any damages noticed. We would require pictures of the damage in order to send replacement items for you. If you are unable to check the delivery please sign as unchecked and get in touch within 3 working days.
